Getting StartedWe’re very happy you’ve chosen to apply at one of our Apartments. It’s great to be an LBPM tenant!
On the next page, you’ll begin the online application. But, before you get started, you’ll need to gather a few items first…
#1 – Two forms of photo ID:
- Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Current Passport
#2 – Proof of Income – Most recent month
We require at least one recent month of pay stubs – a minimum of 2 checks. You will have a spot on the application to upload an image or PDF or take a photo of your ID using the camera on your phone or tablet.
- If you’re paid weekly, we’ll need copies of your last 4 checks
- If you’re self employed, we’ll need 3 months of bank statements and last year’s tax return for income verification.
#3 – Completed Applications for Both Tenant & Cosigner
#4 – Signed Cosigner Agreement
How does a notary work? A notary public watches you sign the document, checks your ID and then stamps the document with an official “seal” showing they witnessed your signature and verified your ID.
You may scan and email the notarized co-signer agreement (and bring original to the office later). All info must be submitted within 3 days. We cannot hold an apartment after that time, if not received the apartment will be forfeited with no refund of deposit or application fees.
#5 – $40 Application Fee for Both Tenant & Cosigner
