We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to the LBPM Client Concierge! In an effort to provide better service to our clients, we are enhancing client access to the Client Concierge Web Portal, effectively giving clients “keys to our back office.”
That means LBPM Clients will now have direct access to the very same system we use for our internal communications — called Podio. This change will allow us to open up new sections of the Client Concierge, and roll out new features and upgrades much more quickly to you — our valued clients.
The short video above explains everything you need to know about this upgrade. All your information stays the same, but we’ll be sending clients a new username and password in order to login to the new system.

Q: Do I need special training to use this?
A: Most of our clients will find Podio to be very straight-forward and easy to use. If you’ve ever used Facebook, you will notice a similar layout. In fact, we’ve often referred to the system as “Facebook for business.”
