LPBM is proud to be an Accredited Community Management Business

LBPM has been named an Accredited Community Management Business (ACMB) by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). The ACMB is the highest level of achievement for community association management businesses and places LBPM among the most elite companies in the nation.
LBPM’s staff is constantly participating in continuing education, and all supervisors are either CACM certified or in the process of finishing their certification. Companies with CACM’s ACMB Designation are able to provide a higher standard of service to HOA’s as a result of their demonstrated expertise in such critical areas as risk management, California law, and insurance requirements. Each HOA management company earning the designation must submit to an independent CPA internal control review to demonstrate it adheres to accounting standards for risk management practices and internal financial controls.
Accredited Community Management Business (ACMB) companies also must maintain all necessary insurance coverage to protect the interest of the firm’s Homeowners Associations (HOA) clients, including general liability, fidelity insurance, and workers’ compensation.
“Community association management businesses that have earned the ACMB accreditation are committed to operating at the highest level in the industry to benefit the homeowners they serve,” said David Zepponi, president, and CEO of CACM. “The process to achieve the ACMB designation tests the knowledge, expertise, and commitment of every member of the company’s management staff. Businesses that attain the ACMB are justifiably proud. We congratulate LBPM on reaching the pinnacle of professional community association management.”
