Documents and Lender Questionnaires (Certifications)

LBPM utilizes HomeWiseDocs to provide document and data delivery services for community associations.  HomeWiseDocs provides around-the-clock online access to governing documents and other documents & data for lenders, escrow and title companies, real estate agents, and homeowners who are under LBPM’s management.




HOA Documents and Lender Questionnaires can be ordered by following these steps:

If you are already registered with HomeWiseDocs:

  • Log on to www.homewisedocs.com
  • Order documents by address or association name searches
  • Share your order with up to four different email addresses
  • Multiple payment methods are available
  • Hard copy delivery option is also available
  • Email and SMS text status notices available
  • Rush order requests where available
  • Track your orders online with your order confirmation number any time

If you are new to HomeWiseDocs:

  • Log on to www.homewisedocs.com and click on the blue “Sign Up” button
  • Order documents by address or association name searches
  • Share your order with up to four different email addresses
  • Multiple payment methods are available
  • Hard copy delivery option is also available
  • Email and SMS text status notices available
  • Rush order requests where available
  • Track your orders online with your order confirmation number any time
All services provided require payment at the time of order – (unless otherwise noted)
  • Document Package – The document package for each association is available for purchase online at www.homewisedocs.com. There are multiple packages to choose from which can contain the association’s CC&Rs, ByLaws, Articles, Budget, Minutes, etc. For more information on ordering this package, please visit www.homewisedocs.com. Should you need additional help, please use the technical support chat feature on the upper right portion of the screen.
  • Note: Some package options do not include a Demand/Statement of Account or CC&R’s.


  • Certificate/Questionnaire – A generic Association Certification Form/Questionnaire is available for purchase online at www.homewisedocs.com.
  • Note: This site DOES NOT provides FHA, FNMA, VA documentation. You need to contact LBPM directly for this type service request.


  • Other “Lender Specific” questionnaires may be purchased for an additional cost. Typically, updated monthly, theses provide the most accurate information for the association.


  • Demand/Statement of Account – Demands are provided through www.homewisedocs.com. However, in order to process a demand request, we must receive authorization from the seller/current owner.

Note: All demands are completed in the order received; except in the case of a rush and those are completed in order of receipt. Demands can not be taken via fax, phone, or email.
