The apartment has designated parking spots and on the street parking.
Our building has two (2) laundry room facilities, a small and large pool and is supervised by a Resident Manager. The building is also located near CSUN, close to 118 freeway to shorten your commutes and restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops are a short walk away.

Qualifications:
- Must show a monthly gross income of 2.5 times the rent (cumulatively)
- Have GOOD standing credit score (individually). To qualify for Deposit Special individual credit score of 650+
- No Evictions
- Provide previous rental history
